"Crowley Group Breaks Ground At Legacy Trail"

LEGACY TRAIL (WGV) – ST. AUGUSTINE, FL

The Crowley Group, a leading real estate development company specializing in multi-family housing communities, proudly announces it has broken ground on its latest condominium community within the World Golf Village – Legacy Trail.

Associates from Legacy Trail’s contracting firms, ContraVest, Inc. and Florida Roads, Inc., and architectural firm, JSA, Inc. joined invited guests and Crowley Group representatives to partake in the highly anticipated groundbreaking ceremony. 

In attendance for ContraVest, Inc. were Vice Presidents, Steve Ogier and Walt McCully, who recently completed work on another Crowley Group project, The Legends at St. Johns. 

Also present at the ceremony was David Todd, Project Manger for Florida Roads, Inc. 

Representing JSA, Inc. at the event was Project Executive, Tom McNett.

Additionally, invited guests included representatives from Davidson Realty, Prudential Network Realty, and SunTrust Banks, Inc.

In addition to the groundbreaking and start of site construction, sales are currently being conducted for Phase III at Legacy Trail, which looks out on the 17th hole putting surface and will become the center of attention for future PGA and amateur golfing tournaments and events. 

The community’s newly opened on-site Sales Center allows potential and existing customers the opportunity to meet with Legacy Trail Sales Consultants, Judy Kashou and Tom Koulermos, and discuss their purchasing, design, and decorating options.

Legacy Trail is located on the left, overlooking 17th fairway of the Slammer and Squire golf course at World Golf Village.  

Legacy Trail’s on-site Sales Center is open from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday.
